    Orders of $60 or more ship free, except to Alaska and Hawaii. Smaller orders ship for $10.95. You see the shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.

    Order by 2pm ET on a business day and it ships the same day. Most orders arrive 1 to 7 business days after they ship, and you get an email with tracking when your order leaves us.

  • Where we ship

    To addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. Outside the US? Call or email our office before you order, because not every country accepts our products, or buy from one of our distributors.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact our office within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out with you. Email a photo of the box or the bottle to info@equiade.com, or call 1-800-413-3702.
