When your order ships
Order by 2pm ET on a business day and it ships the same day from Clearwater, Florida. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on a weekend or on a holiday ship the next business day. You get an email with tracking when your order leaves us.

Shipping rates in the United States

• Orders of $60 or more ship free, except to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Orders under $60 ship for a flat $10.95.
• Alaska and Hawaii: $10.95 under $200, $20.95 from $200.

The same rates apply to Subscribe & Save deliveries. Free shipping applies to US addresses only. You see the shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. Most orders arrive 1 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Outside the United States
Please call or email our office before you order, because not every country accepts our products: 1-800-413-3702, info@equiade.com. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not part of your order total or shipping cost. Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days at info@equiade.com or 1-800-413-3702 and we'll sort it out with you.
